Grupo Zapata SA  was founded in 2015, in Nicaragua. We have our own capital in addition to a US financial base, we have founded companies, in which we participate in Nicaragua and the US. Grupo Zapata SA is a family business.

Our company is backed by American capital and has  dedicated for more than 20 years to the residential, urban, and financial sector in the US.  In 2015, due to a family inheritance the founder, decided to establish Grupo Zapata SA to work real estate in a similar way as he had worked in the U.S. and in the fintech sector. ​ The founder currently owns a fintech company in the U.S. and utilizes technology to make processes simple for Grupo Zapata´s clients in Nicaragua and abroad.


Grupo Zapata is duly registered in the commercial registry of the Republic of Nicaragua and notarized at the Embassy of the United States in Managua with the representation of our US investment and financial company.
